Regular: Routine aerobic exercise combined with mild to moderate weight lifting 2-3 times per week,for 30min to 1hr. Intensity: each time until shirt is dripping with sweat. Also yoga is excellent and so is Tai Chi. Meditation or mindfulness training. Take care
