My son urine test shows pus wbc cells: 10-15 protein: + fever up and down taking antibiotic r we going right or any suggestion?

Urinary tract infect: If you have urinary tract infection and on appropriate antibiotic we expect the fever to go down in 24 to 72 hrs, if fever recurs, need to make sure on the right antibiotic and not dealing with resistant bugs, and associated anatomical abnormalities in the urinary tract need to be ruled out and finally other sources of infections needs to be ruled out
