Just watch yourself: The only interaction I've heard of is a possibility of increasing the dizzy or drowsy and foggy thinking risks that Lexapro (escitalopram) already has - so watch and be careful not to do precision or dangerous tasks. I'd probably avoid it, but it's not in itself life threatening. The vehicle or tool you use would be seen as the proximal agent of harm. Sorry, I'm not meaning to be sarcastic - I just am sometimes.
