I took my lexapro (escitalopram) at 7:45 am and took zofran at 4pm. not knowing their interactions. i am healthy with no health concerns. will i be ok?

Medication effects: I commend you for good Health.. Lexapro (escitalopram) is medication for depression. Zofran is for marked nausea and vomiting. Taking lexapro (escitalopram) after meals can decrease nausea. Using Zofran with Lexapro (escitalopram) can increase the risk of a rare but serious Serotonin Syndrome; and can increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious.
