What are the possible interactions between lexapro (escitalopram) & coricidin chest cong/cough?

1 potential: Dextromethorphan, a cough supressant , is in many cold preparations including coricidin. It could potentially increase risk of serotonin syndrome. Probably not significant, but would depend on if you are on other medications. Always make sure your doctor knows everything you are taking including otc.
