Minimal effect: As more time passes, the body will recover more from the damage of smoking. Do not use tobacco in any form and refrain from alcohol as well.

This is not bad: You have not smoked all that much to be concerned about. It is only a problem if you get to one pack of cigs a day for more than 5 years that one has to be concerned about. These effects should resolve over some years. Congratulations that you realized so soon and quit this horrible habit.

Not 100 %: but just about- there will probably be some minimal increase risk of certain cancers and lung disease but I doubt it will much more than if you had not smoked
