No.: Biting doesn't cause lip cancer. Causes are smoking and drinking mainly, or infection with hpv, a virus, but age of onset is considerably older than you. But of course if you a wound that will not heal, get it checked out by a professional.

Unlikely: Probably just chronic irritation from the biting. Try being more careful and chewing on the other side. If in doubt see your primary care or dentist for an evaluation. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
