Well first, take a : Deep breath in and then blow out some of your fear. Statistically, the bleeding was most likely related to your constipation/ hemorrhoids. If you have more than that 1 episode then just get it checked by your doctor. For the hemorrhoids - you need to keep stool soft. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day. Try to work the junk food out of your diet and instead enjoy at least 5 servings of vegetables.

Drink more fluids: It is always possible for cancer but you noticed hard stool followed by the bleeding. See your doctor. Also try to drink more fluids every day. Alcohol drink do not count. Your stool should be soft and passa without straining hard. Ear a lotmore fiber with every meal.
