Gastroparesis ?: Might want to consult a gastroenterologist. Sometimes can develop slow gastric emptying (gastroparesis) following viral infection which can cause your symptoms. Sometimes evaluated with gastric emptying studies and treated with medications such as erythromycin, etc.
