Anxiety: It seems like anxiety. The other possibility is somatization disoder. Anxiety can present with all the above symptoms of vertigo, nausea, dizziness , anorexia, heartburn and vomiting. The key symptom is feeling tense. Ruling out meinyer's disease, benign positional vertigo, etc. Please consult your pcp.
