I constantly go to the er with stridor. i feel like my throat is stuck together at the base of my neck. is there anything i can do at home to help?

Need workup: Strider is not normal and usually means structural abnormality of airway at your age. You should consult ENT physician with physical exam, possibly endoscopy, and imaging,

See an ENT doctor: You may need to be examined by an Throat doctor to figure out the reason for the Stridor; Do so ASAP;

Vocal cord dysfunctn: You likely have an issue related to vocal cords spasms restricting air flow. This can be confirmed by an ENT. Treatment requires training with a speech & language specialist who can teach you how to breathe through the episodes. Other issues need to be ruled out & this is often misdiagnosed as a form of asthma.
