CT - when?: It's reassuring to know that your CT was normal but was it done for this illness (recently?). Your symptoms can be due to muscular pain, pleurisy or pericarditis. If you have fever, you need repeat chest x-ray, blood count and echo. Otherwise, I'd try an analgesic - ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen).
