Enteritis: You need to be seen by a doctor ASAP. This sounds as if you have a systemic infection with the primary source being the colon. This needs careful evaluation and probably treatment with antibiotics. Typhoid fever is one of several possible diagnoses. Good luck and hope you get better soon.
