Take it easy: It's unlikely you can get HIV infection from this kinda accident. However, i would advice the routine face and hand wash to keep personal hygiene.

Low chance: Unless the feces in the toilet was also bloody, the chances of passage of HIV from the feces is not considered a risk. Take good care!
