A few thoughts...: You have pain and swelling that has not resolved after a few days, and doesn't seem like it will without care. If the problem is related to your teeth or periodontal tissues, you will need definitive care. Why guess at a diagnosis over the internet? See a local dentist before the swelling (or infection) spreads.

Yes I Do: But I wouldn't attempt a sight-unseen diagnosis, it would just be guess work. I would, however, recommend that you find a Dentist to do differential diagnosis and definitive treatment before problem worsens, and it will without treatment. Any pain/bleeding/swelling requires immediate attention. It will not self-correct.
