Symptoms: Could be viral stomatitis, allergic reaction, bacterial infection such as necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis, etc. you will have to be seen by a Dentist for differential diagnosis, treatment plan, and appropriate therapy. Sorry, taking a pill or swishing with a mouthwash won't cure you. Please seek professional care.
