Good morning i've experience throbbing under right breast, my right lower back also hurts every other day sometimes hard to sit down,watery mouth also?

Exam: Highly suspicious for a GI problem like gallbladder diease or stomach issues. I strongly suggest a full examination, blood testing with an abdominal ultrasound.
