Need a check up: If you have access to healthcare, it will help to see a provider to get a general check up. It appears that your problems may involve several organ systems. This kid of situation is better addressed with detailed history and physical exam, For instance, back pain may be muscle spasm, watery mouth may be Acid reflux or indigestion, pain under the breast may be breast or chest wall etc

Exam: Highly suspicious for a GI problem like gallbladder diease or stomach issues. I strongly suggest a full examination, blood testing with an abdominal ultrasound.

Pain: This could be from a number of conditions but what IMMEDIATELLY comes to mind is something affecting the dermatome which affects the nerve going round the chest between the rbs. The condition most commonly causing the is Shingles or Herpes Zoster. It is usually accompanied by a rash but this sometimes occurs after the pain

Rule out cardiac.: Need to see your physician for exam and evaluation. Some medications can cause dry mouth as well as some illnesses. Perhaps the back and right chest pain is musculoskeletal, but women are known to have unusual heart attack symptoms. Please see your physician as soon as possible.
