Please : Please start by taking a home pregnancy test or visit a doctor for testing. If you do not have health insurance, there are many clinics that perform free pregnancy tests and familly planning. Check your local yellow pages for listings. If you are not pregnant then you may be suffering from pms (pre-menstrual syndrome), which would also explain your symptoms. Good luck to you.
