Likely a milk duct: If you have a recent pregnancy, it could be a milk duct. Plenty of glands around areola can get blocked due to irritation or infection. If it worsens or you have a fever, you need to be evaluated by a doctor. It is very unusual to have HPV warts around areola and are typically painless.
