Not related: sounds like sciatica.. but you should check out the back pain with your doctor. am not sure why you think it would somehow be related to the hemorrhoids? please clarify if there is more to your history.

Back: You need to see a doctor as soon as possible to check this out to make sure its not an infection. May be a neuralgia from the lower spine as well.
