Im a 20 year old bottom gay man. got hemorrhoids a couple times over a spam of 7-8 months. theyve stopped completely now but i have an anal fissure (as far ad i can self diagnose myself, looks like a tear from hole to circle. any suggestions?

Stop sex until the fissure heals completely. Use warm sitz bath with baking soda 10-15 minutes, several times a day, especially after defecation. Apply lidocaine 4-5% ointment or cream after each sitz bath or as needed if there is discomfort. Most will heal within a few days to weeks. If problem lasts more than 8 weeks then your should see a doctor. Good luck.
