Yes: That is a mature follicle size. Natural ovulation can happen between that size and 26 mm. Expect ovulation within approximately 2 days.

Ovary: is ready to ovulate. I would think in 1 or 2 days. Do ovulation kits if you havent done so already. . Some women have to have an injection to force ovulation. check with your doctor.

Likely neither: A 16 mm cyst is incredibly tiny and not likely to be relevant. The better person to ask though is the doctor that actually did your sonogram and is managing your clomid (clomiphene).

I agree: Your follicle is too small and i believe he is trying to give you more stimulation to make it grow to a better size before release.
