A "day 12" ultrascan showing a "13.5 mm follicle" can be consistent with a pre-ovulatory follicle, and if all other factors are positive (sperm count, patent fallopian tubes, spontaneous ovulation of a viable egg, etc.) there is a "chance" for pregnancy.
