Anyone else have this problem of inability to move right before falling asleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Relatively common: It is called sleep paralysis. It is actually pretty common. It can be brought on by sleep deprivation or overtiredness. There are some sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy that this happens very commonly.
