Tired all the time: Daytime fatigue can be caused by many different things: sleep apnea, obesity, vitamin deficiencies, mthfr genetic defects, a busy stressful schedule, and other underlying health problems. Basic lab work can rule out many of the underlying issues, and a discussion with your doc can help rule out others. Vitamin d3 5000 units, and a good b-complex daily are also good ways to decrease fatigue!

Sleep apnea: Please discuss with your physician. Just because you fall asleep easily and think you sleep well , you may still be suffering from sleep apnea. This means that you may not be getting enough oxygen when you sleep. This is one possible cause of your situation. You may also have a thyroid problem or some other medical condition that could be related to your chronic fatigue.
