Weight loss: This is simple mathematics. Take in less than you use up. Eat three small meals a day, eliminate snacks, soft drinks, junk food. Drink 4-5 8 ounces glasses of water and exercise regularly. You will lose weight, but how rapidly will depend upon your adherence to the regimen and the amount that you exercise. Good luck.
