I took a pelvic ultrasound and also a transvaginal ultrasound they both picked up a right adnexal cyst and i missed my period could the be a pregnancy?

Cyst: Take a pregnancy test to determine if you are pregnant. If so, you would have what is called a corpus luteum cyst, and this nourishes the pregnancy until your placenta develops. If negative, it may be a simple ovarian cyst that will resolve on its own without any problems.
