Likely not a problem: The P-wave in and ECG reflects the depolarization of the atria, The upper chambers of the heart. A pointed or pointy P-wave does not mean anything. Each of the leads and an ECG reflects different angles across the heart. If the P-wave is very large or very wide, then that may be concerning. However, a pointy P-wave does not mean there's any problem.
