Cirrhosis: you say you have cirrhosis and HCV, and have (had) encephalopathy and (probably) SBP given your medication list. Your liver function is starting to be compromised... please follow with your physicians closely. Make sure you get screened for liver cancer every 6 months and for varices with endoscopy every 2-3 years.
