Further evaluation: Almost any drug can cause any side effect. You symptoms are not a " typical " side effect of this class of drugs. Given your age and symptoms I'd initially be more concerned about other rheumatic conditions etc. Start with your primary physician who can then guide appropriate evaluation and guidance. Good luck.

Not likely: While not impossible as everyone can react to medications differently, this would be a very uncommon adverse effect due to lisinopril. You should make sure other causes including infectious or autoimmune are thoroughly examined before entertaining a drug effect. Best of luck.
