What exactly are you: ....asking for? Something to treat DEPRESSION or STOMACH problems of upset? Prozac does not treat anything in the stomach. It is an antidepressant and that it is all used to treat mood disorders. It has some off label uses such as headache management. There are medications to treat STOMACH ULCERS OR UPSET CONDITION such as nexium, (esomeprazole) carafate, prilosec, pepcid, et.c, etc.

Amitryptiline: at low dose three times a day can be helpful for abdominal symptoms associated with depression. It both increases serotonin mildly and constantly so the gut gets used to it and slows down and also has direct side effects of slowing down the gut (dry mouth, less stomach churning, etc)

Not sure: Exactly what your asking. Are you asking what antidepressant is easiest on your stomach. If that's the case, of the SSRI's like Prozac (fluoxetine) that your taking citalopram has less prominent GI adverse effects but this class of medications' most common side effects are GI related. There are other classes of medicines that may have less GI effects but may also be less effective for your.
