MRSA treatment: Get an evaluation like a nerve conduction study (NCV). Perhaps the infection affected the nerves in your arm and hand. Nerves will often regrow, so you may not have any permanent impairment.

Needs further eval: I'm sorry this is happening to you. You need your arm evaluated because it's unclear if the MRSA knuckle infection is related to the numbness in your arm. I see that you had a right shoulder reconstruction- are your symptoms occurring in the same arm? If so, that would be more of a reason to have your affected arm evaluated by your doctor.
