I was closing my trunk and hit my head hard with it. now i have an egg on my head but it doesn't really hurt . should i be real worried about it?

Probably not!: Assuming you have no other symptoms, you likeky just have a subcutaneous hematoma of the scalp. It should slowly resolve over the next few weeks. You might be left with a thickness in the area. If it does not start to shrink soon, you should see your primary physician as to whether an aspiration(draw out fluid with a needle and syringe) is indicated. That is rarely necessary.
