Probably not!: Assuming you have no other symptoms, you likeky just have a subcutaneous hematoma of the scalp. It should slowly resolve over the next few weeks. You might be left with a thickness in the area. If it does not start to shrink soon, you should see your primary physician as to whether an aspiration(draw out fluid with a needle and syringe) is indicated. That is rarely necessary.
