Need help: After 3 months of bed rest, you'd be well advised not to attempt this on your own. You need physical therapy and supervised rehabilitation. Your local hospital should be able to steer you in the right direction. Hydrotherapy may be the best way to get started.

Low pressure: Your blood pressure is dropping when you stand. I am curious as to why you were bed ridden, may give us a clue as to why this is happening. You may autonomic dysfunction. NEed to see Physican to see why. Perhaps a neurologist.
