How is a thiamine or folate (folic acid) deficiency diagnosed? are there any cases where oral supplementation are inadequate?

Your doc can do: lab work to test for nutrient levels. A very good MicroNutrient Panel is done by Spectracell Lab in Texas. Peace and good health. Many multivitamins are weak. A nutritionist or natural doc can help guide you. ProThera is an excellent company but you need a doc to order the supplements for you there.
