Possible but rare: False pregnancy (pseudocyesis) is very rare, but women with infertility or miscarriages can get it. May be psychological or hormonal - women with too much prolactin hormone have developed the condition. If you feel pregnant get a blood pregnancy test as real pregnancy is much more common. Progesterone for infertility treatment gives you pregnancy symptoms - bloating, weight gain, breast tenderness.
