Does caffeine interfere with vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) absorbtion if taken around same time? i've heard it decreases effectiveness of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)?

Not at all: But combining the two could make for worsened anxiety. Plus I notice Wellbutrin (bupropion) which is an snri (selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) - which is noradrenaline and thus is capable of literally fueling anxiety. Lexapro for anxiety(ssri) is excellent for anxiety. I realize Wellbutrin (bupropion) is used adjunctively for ADHD but it's a watergun compared to vyvanse. Ask ur doc about streamlining meds :)
