About 2 days : I suspect that with normal kidney function, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) will be cleared in approximately two days following the last dose.

Wean off: Wean off vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) by 10 mg every third day until the dose goes down the lowest (20mg?). This will prevent the withdrawal.
