Anything: Could be the start of your period, could be hemmorrhoids, If you are sexually active and engage in unprotected sex, this could be implantation bleeding caused by (the embryo trying to plant itself in the wall of the uterus). In addition if you are sexually active and have not had a pap smear, start now. Make a visit to your primary care doctor.
