Ultrasound at 32 wk afi 9.6cm below 50centile. ob says if it lowr to 7 labour start. what should i do to normarlise this afi?

Not much you can do.: AFI of 9.6 is normal but may be low for 32 weeks. However, afi is sometimes subjective and may depends on fetal position. You should repeat it in 1 week. There is not much you can do to affect amniotic fluid volume. Avoid becoming dehydrated. If the afi falls below 7 labor may not necessarily start but this is concerning for fetal wellbeing. Your doctor should exclude preterm premature rupture.
