Extrauterine tissue?: you may have endometrial tissue outside of the endometrial cavity. This can lead to the formation of adhesions, and pain. I would specifically ask the doctor to look for extrauterine endometrial tissue. Of course there are many other reasons for abomdinal/pelvic pain outside of this, so just a thought.
