After reading transvaginal ultrasound report, no mention of my cervix, why could that be?

Depends: unless the cervix is being looked at for a reason, it may not be mentioned. the report usually describes the uterus, ovaries and any free fluid in the pelvis. if there is something abnormal about the cervix it gets mentioned otherwise usually not.
