Core Strengthening: When you low back sways in or becomes lordotic, it can be from poor abdominal and/or core strength. Work on abdominal strength and hamstring stretching. If this does not work, it is possible there is a vertebral cause..Narrowing, bone collapse or other anatomical reason. Go see a md and get an xray to look into it further.
