Either is possible: It depends on what complications you had with the d&c whether your risk of an ectopic pregnancy is increased. Just the D&C would not increase the risk. The fact that you have had a twin pregnancy in the past does increase the risk of another. If you are concerned about an ectopic, you need to get in to see your doctor right away.Good luck.
