I have a severe tooth abscess and the pain is far past unbearable. i'm taking 10-325 hydrocod/apap every 2 hours and 800 mg ibuprofen 4 times a day. ?

See dentist: If this is truly a tooth abscess, then you will likely need antibiotics and a dental procedure to treat the infection. Please see a dentist.

Tooth abscess: When is your appointment with your dentist to have that tooth treated? I think you should be seen ASAP as an emergency. Pills will not resolve your problem, and they don't seem to be doing much for you now, anyway. No need to suffer, just have it treated.

Abscess: Sorry, a pill won't fix this. An abscess is a severe infection. It will only get worse and spread. You need an immediate emergency appointment with your Dentist, an Endodontist, or an Oral Surgeon. Call your Dentist now please.
