Head tightness : If its truly head tightness and not the neck and ENT consultation has not been helpful, a neurological consultation should be sought. For unexplained headaches lasting more than 3 months a neurologist may be able to make a diagnosis which hopefully will translate into effective treatment.

Dangerous: Oxyelite pro, jack-3d etc lacks the scientific prof , contains dangerous chemicals like dmaa ( dimethylamyl amine ) will give headaches, stroke, heart problems even death. Not a fda approved chemical only one that benefits from these are people who sell them, speak to your doctor before taking as risks out weigh any benefits it has any.
