How do you know if your toes are infected 2 weeks after ingrown toenail removal?

Pus: If you have redness, pain or pus coming out of your nail, then you have an infection. Clear yellow/orange/red fluid is okay, however, if you have cloudy fluid, that indicates an infection. Follow up with the doctor who has done the removal for further evaluation. You may need more antibiotics.
