I have heart palpitations daily that involve a pause in my regular rhythm and then a very hard beat that takes my breath away and shakes my chest. Normal Echo, I have PVCs and Wenckebach. Is having such extreme symptoms normal? Can anything be done?
40yr fem, had normal stress test, cta chest, EKG, echo norm but dop sugg impair lv relax. Doctor says heart is fine. Holter shows pvc's and pac's isolated. But despite a norm diagnosis my heart flip flops a lot.

What can cause heart spasms and constant chest discomfort in a relatively healthy 19 year old? (alread had 3kgs 3 echos 2 24 hour Holters) that only showed a few PVC's. Getting fasciculations constantly and everywhere. Magnesium didn't help?
