No: If you mean going to bed at 4 to 5 am and getting up at 3 to 4 pm- it does not affect your internal organs. Most people do not need 11 to 12 hrs of sleep. You do note pregnancy in the clinical findings so that could add to fatigue, but I would suggest getting evaluated to make sure that there are no other issues.
