See your provider: Neuropathy is a complex condition and a good exam is your first step. A referral to a neurologist may be needed to determine the basis but diagnosis of this is not a DIY project and you'd be unable to treat yourself it if there is a problem. Have an exam. I hope you're okay or will be soon.
